Line OEM to show off strength of core business at European show

Singapore-based line OEM First Dart will be showing off the strength of its core capabilities when it returns to Angling International LIVE in Bratislava in June.
Visitors will be able to check out the extrusion of materials like nylon, PVDF and PET as well as its fly line production and green customised packaging options.
Sandy Ogata, the company’s General Manager, told Angling International that First Dart is looking to build on its success in Budapest last year. “Our goal was to meet specific customers and we are pleased to say we successfully achieved that objective throughout the show.”
She added that First Dart is happy that the date of the show has been moved to June. “It works well for us as it aligns with product development timelines for the upcoming season. It also helps with resource management, particularly for our sales team, and fits into our schedule well.”
First Dart reported a strong year in 2024, not only in terms of sales, but also due to a switch towards prioritising its medium to long term vision.
“For 2025, we maintain a neutral outlook due to external uncertainties, but we are optimistic given the resilience we have built up over the years and our upcoming investment in production capabilities and new product development.”
