The fishing tackle industry in Europe will get its first viewing of two new carp fishing rods from Hungarian tackle supplier Energofish at the first ever Angling International LIVE.
Visitors to Budapest later this month will see the Carp Expert MAX2 Double Tip/Feeder and Benzár Concourse Light Feeder rods which were launched last month and have already received positive reviews for their unique features.
Carp Expert MAX2 Double TIP/Feeder

Benzár Concourse Light Feeder Rod

These two-piece rods – available in lengths of 3m, 3.3m and 3.6m – feature a stiff butt section and particularly soft tip, ensuring accurate casting even over longer distances. They also allow for the use of very thin leaders and extremely small hooks. Lightweight and elegant, they offer stable fishing performances even in strong wind conditions with ranges of up to 26m (3m rod), 35m (3.3m rod) and 45m (3.6m rod).
The light rods have a casting weight of 10g to 40g, demonstrating their delicacy. Each model comes with three different strength quiver tips – 1oz, 0.75oz and 0.5oz.

Benzár Ready Carp Groundbait

A pre-mixed, moistened groundbait that is specifically made for method fishing, making it a favourite for many due to its simplicity. It contains a large amount of corn-based attractants – making it an excellent choice for anglers in search of big carp. Another advantage of these mixes is that they are rich in different coloured 2mm micro pellets, which not only make the otherwise fine grained groundbaits more substantial but serve to attract extra attention. The groundbaits are characterised by a wide assortment of special aromas, most of which are extremely pungent, like octopus, garlic or butyric acid. However, there are also universal sweet ones such as strawberry, mango or pineapple.
The One Carp Long Cast Fluo Yellow Mainline
