Exploding Fish: ‘Perfect complement to our range’

Sam Allen Wholesale (SAW) has been appointed the sole Australian distributor for the Exploding Fish rod holder range, with stock becoming available from July.

The rod holders were designed by Cairns angler Jim McQuade and incorporate a push button system that allows rods to be rotated 360 degrees in five degree increments, so they are at optimal angles for winds, tides and currents.

“Exploding Fish allows users to maximise their catch potential with effortless adjustment, whether they are trolling, drifting, bottom fishing or battling a trophy catch,” McQuade told Fishing World.

“I was looking for a highly-respected, well established Australasian distributor with lots of credibility. I questioned a number of top boat manufacturers and retailers and virtually all of them recommended Sam Allen Wholesale.”

SAW’s National Sales and Product Development Manager, David Allen, said Exploding Fish is the ‘perfect complement’ to the company’s range. “It is already proving incredibly popular within the fishing community.”

Exploding Fish was designed and engineered in Australia. Made from stainless steel, it has a five-year warranty. It comes in three sleeve angles – 0 degrees, 15 degrees and 30 degrees – for various fishing styles, and will be available from SAW and its marine dealer network.
