New venue revealed for Georgia Fly Fishing Show

The Classic Center in Athens has been named the new home of the Georgia Fly Fishing Show.

The venue was confirmed by Ben Furimsky, President and CEO of the US-based Fly Fishing Show series. The new Georgia show site features a 54,025 square foot exhibition hall with adjoining theatres, restaurants and other amenities. 

“The Athens Classic Center has everything needed for both exhibitors and show attendees.  We will have ample room for fly tying and casting demonstrations and other classes, seminars and how-to-do-it sessions.  Parking and all other services and facilities are absolutely top notch,” said Furimsky.

The 2027 Fly Fishing Show national schedule is:

• Athens, Georgia, January. 9 – 10;
• Marlborough, Massachusetts, January. 15 – 17;
• Edison, New Jersey, January. 22 – 24;
• Denver, Colorado.  February. 5 – 7;
• Pleasanton, California.  February 26 – 28;
• Lancaster, Pennysylvania. March 13 – 14.
