One of France’s leading bait suppliers and distributors of tackle has promoted its five-times world fishing champion to CEO of the business.
Alexandre Caudin is the new head of SENSAS and represents the group’s desire to promote internal talent to carry its history, values and growth ambitions across France and internationally.
Since joining SENSAS, he has made progress through the ranks, holding responsibilities in product marketing, international business development, export sales management and supply and purchasing. “This trajectory is testament to his ability to combine strategic vision, the search for operation excellence and a sense of results,” says the company.
“Recognised for his unifying leadership, he leads international and multi-discipline teams, bringing together supply chain, quality and product development while conducting strategic negotiations with the group’s main industrial planners.”
Alongside his business career, Caudin is a recognised figure in competitive fishing. Five-times world champion, multiple French number one and a pillar of the country’s coarse fishing team, the company adds that he embodies the value of high standards, collective performance, commitment and leadership that will accompany this new stage in the development of SENSAS.
