“The development of pre-assembled PVA bombs requires a deep understanding of physical and chemical interactions. Every bait recipe possesses distinct mechanical properties, and the production line must be calibrated precisely to match these characteristics. Through years of research, we have established three primary formulation streams:
• English crumb-based formulations: These require specific pressure calibration to ensure binding without introducing moisture that could compromise the PVA mesh;
• Pellet-based formulations: These utilise varying sizes and oil contents, requiring tailored gravity feed mechanisms during the automated filling process;
• Custom multi-ingredient mixes: These combine fine groundbaits, crushed seeds, micro-pellets and specialised binding agents to achieve a precise breakdown speed under water.
