Centro targets EFTTEX with brand new swivel

One of the world’s top suppliers of terminal fishing tackle and an EFTTEX regular will have something special to show visitors to its booth in Barcelona next month.

Centro Corporation – the South Korean-based business that is famous for its stainless steel Binox, Rolinox, Crinox and Heavinox swivels – will be introducing the Swivel Eye Rattle Weight to European audiences for the first time. The dual-purpose item has been designed for both dropshot and free rig fishing.

The company told Angling International: “The top swivel eye helps reduce line twist and improves rig stability when used as a dropshot weight. The bottom section has no eye and extends straight from the body, ending with a slightly angled tip for smooth and natural free-rig performance. A built-in rattle adds to the attraction to trigger more strikes.”

The newcomer will be shown alongside the extremely strong Bent Split Ring and a new pair of crimping pliers.

Centro adds that as the most important trade show in Europe, EFTTEX is integral to meeting its main customers, keeping abreast of market trends, showing off new products and developing marketing strategies.

The company says that 2026 has seen business growth but expects global market changes because of the situation in the Middle East. “Despite that, sales will continue to grow for the rest of the year thanks to the high quality of our products. Our strength is that we continuously supply terminal tackle that suits the needs of our customers, helping them strengthen their supply line.”
