Award-winning fishing eyewear brand signs deal with Lithuanian army

Award winning fishing eyewear brand Wiley X has signed a three year agreement with the Lithuanian armed forces.
The Denmark-based business, which won an award at the recent EFTTEX fishing tackle trade show in Brussels, has agreed a six-figure deal that will cover its ballistic eyewear and goggle systems for the army, marking another significant step in strengthening its role as a supplier of protective eyewear to military forces worldwide.

The agreement was formally signed in Vilnius in August by Wiley X EMEA President Jan Mikkelsen. He said: “We are honoured that Lithuania has chosen Wiley X to protect its soldiers. This agreement further cements our mission to safeguard those who protect us.”
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Vemb, Vest Jutland, Wiley X EMEA is the European, Middle Eastern and African arm of the business which is a global leader in protective eyewear for military, law enforcement and outdoor markets, including fishing.
