With five months still to go before China Fish, exhibitor space for next year’s event is at a premium and will be decided on those companies that offer the best international appeal to visitors.
Currently 570 companies have already confirmed their participation in the exhibition with many opting to expand their booth size. This leaves just 169 standard places available.
Li Jiang, President of China Fish, said: “Given this situation, we have had no choice but to select exhibitors on a ‘best of the best’ basis. We will prioritise companies with products that have a stronger appeal for the international market. We regret that some companies will not be able to participate.
“Since its inception in 1991, China Fish has become a flagship sportfishing tackle show and a premier platform for introducing innovations, technologies and manufacturing capabilities for the international market. At the same time it serves as a key venue for international buyers to source partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends. At last year’s show over 1,200 international buyers from 83 countries and regions attended to make purchases. For fishing tackle manufacturers, China Fish has established itself as the best opportunity and venue to introduce and launch new products in the international market.”
Currently, over 96% of exhibitors hail from 19 inland provinces and municipalities in China with an additional 22 international companies from the US, Germany, Italy, France, UK, Poland, Turkey, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Businesses from the Chinese mainland cover all the major fishing tackle production bases, with exhibitors from Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Hebei accounting for 80% of next year’s exhibition. More than 95% of the exhibitors are manufacturers with many years of experience on the international stage, say the organisers.
“If you wish to select from a full range of fishing tackle products in a completely B2B business environment over three days, be inspired by new products and connect with source suppliers, there is no better place than China Fish,” said Li Jiang. “Furthermore, due to the fact that both China Fish and its exhibitors have been working for the overseas market for years, China Fish has been an international buyer-friendly show. The China Fish service will work alongside suppliers from the beginning of the show until one or two years after it.”
According to the latest visa exemption policy issued by China, by December 31st, 2025, citizens holding ordinary passports from 12 countries (Ireland, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Hungary, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg) can enter the country visa-free. Citizens from 54 countries holding ordinary passports can enjoy 24, 72, or 144-hour transit visa exemption policies, which means that traders from these countries can attend China Fish in Beijing without needing a visa. China Fish is an exhibition for the international market, so nearly all exhibitors can communicate in English. However, if you need assistance in other languages, China Fish can easily arrange an interpreter for you.
To facilitate accommodation, the organiser has selected several nearby hotels and negotiated the best group-rate prices. Furthermore, shuttle services will be arranged between these hotels and the exhibition venue, as well as between Beijing Capital International Airport and some of these hotels. Registered buyers can pick up their badges in the lobbies of the these China Fish hotels one day before the exhibition opens. The number of rooms available at the group rate is limited, so it is advisable to book your accommodation as early as possible.
The Best Product Showcase is a unique event exclusive to China Fish, featuring the finest and latest products from exhibitors. This showcase is open only to international buyers and media, with winners determined solely by votes from international buyers. The results will be announced during the Best Product Showcase Banquet on the second day of the event, where delegates from the nominated and winning companies, as well as all international buyers, will be invited to attend.
All registered international buyers are eligible for a complementary two-year membership of the China Fish All-in-One Platform, which connects to over 700 suppliers and gives access to more than 8,000 products from exhibitors from China Fish, the CGC EXPO and CGC Show.
The registration fee for buyers at China Fish 2025 is $55 per person, but those who register before December 31st, 2024 can attend for free.
