Scorziello SASA to launch new brand at European show

Share

“We are ready for anything,” says Italian tackle company Scorziello SASA as it looks ahead to the Angling International LIVE show in September, where it is launching a new brand.

SASA was a double award winner at last year’s EFTTEX and would love to repeat that in Budapest, but is well aware that anything can happen when dealers meet manufacturers face-to-face in a show environment.

“You can’t predict what will happen at a trade show – and that is one of the great attractions,” says Armando Zito, Import and Export Manager from SASA.

“Exhibiting in trade shows has many different advantages. There is the opportunity to meet partners we already work with and to expand our network by forming new contacts with companies who attend for the same reason.

“We can also show our new products – and this year we have many of them to show, as well as being able to see and touch new products from other companies, exchange information and understand more about market trends to help plan new developments.

“Angling international LIVE provides the chance for us to promote our proposition and continue the growth that we have seen over the last year, especially with our Jatsui brand.”

SASA was founded in 1900 and has been fully focused on fishing tackle since 2001. The company is well known for its Japanese influenced Jatsui brand – which was recognised at EFTTEX 2023 for its Rush Egi Rubber and followed that with the Angler’s Choice award.

The company’s other brands include Falcon and Fly and it is about to add a big game fishing brand to the portfolio called Captain James, which it is taking to Angling International LIVE.

“We will be showing some new developments for the eging (squid fishing) market from Jatsui and four new series of Falcon bolo rods, called Falcon Venere being introduced for the Italian market. We also have a new selection of Telematch Rods from our Fly brand,” added Zito.
