Mike Sheehan is the new CEO of FINS Braids and its manufacturing arm BBS Tech, the only remaining domestically-owned US maker of fishing lines.
Sheehan has previously held senior roles at an apparel retailer, at Griffin Strategic Advisors and Archstone Consulting. He was also founder of Summit Global Advisors and has worked in private equity firms in Europe and the US.
“Mike will be instrumental in steering the companies toward continued growth,” said William Bolton, VP of parent company Elvisridge Capital, a private investment business. “We are confident that his leadership and strategic vision will drive our company to new heights of success.”
BBS Tech, located in Erlanger, Kentucky, was acquired by Elvisridge Capital just a year ago. The firm targets investment in the sportfishing and landscape products sectors.
