KastKing is preparing to make its return to ANGELWELT Berlin, one of Germany’s most popular consumer fishing shows, for a second consecutive year.
Following a successful first appearance, the US tackle supplier is once again partnering with its exclusive distributor, Advanced Fishing, and its owner, Fabian Kraft, to bring its latest generation of fishing technology directly to European anglers.
“ANGELWELT provides an ideal platform for KastKing to connect with consumers, fishing enthusiasts and industry professionals while demonstrating the innovation and technology behind its rapidly expanding product range,” said Eric Knickerbocker, the company’s Business Leader (pictured above right with Fabian Kraft). “This year, visitors can expect to see an extensive selection of KastKing’s technology-driven fishing reels, rods, fishing line, tools and accessories.”
At the heart of KastKing’s presence will be its growing reel line-up, showcasing the engineering and performance features that have helped establish the brand among anglers around the world. From advanced baitcasting reels to high-performance spinning reels, KastKing continues to focus on delivering innovative designs, precision components and angler-focused features across multiple price categories.
The KastKing rod portfolio will also be prominently featured at the show. Designed around modern materials and manufacturing technology, KastKing rods combine lightweight construction, sensitivity and strength to address the demands of today’s anglers. Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to see and handle a variety of rod designs developed for different fishing techniques and environments.
Beyond rods and reels, KastKing will highlight its expanding selection of fishing line, including braided, fluorocarbon and monofilament technologies. “The company has continued to invest heavily in line development, recognising that line is one of the most important connections between anglers and fish. The line portfolio is designed to provide anglers with options for everything from finesse applications to demanding saltwater and tournament fishing,” said Knickerbocker.
Also on display will be KastKing’s extensive range of tools and fishing accessories. From pliers and fishing scales to tackle storage and other essential equipment, these products reflect the company’s broader philosophy of developing complete solutions for anglers rather than focusing exclusively on rods and reels.
Knickerbocker added: “A key component of KastKing’s continued growth in Europe is its relationship with Advanced Fishing and Fabian Kraft. As its exclusive distributor, Advanced Fishing plays an important role in bringing the brand’s products and technology to European anglers while providing valuable local market knowledge and support.
“The partnership is particularly important at a consumer-focused event such as ANGELWELT. The show provides an opportunity for anglers to interact directly with the products while also meeting the people behind the brand.
“ANGELWELT is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet European anglers face-to-face and allow them to experience KastKing products for themselves. Our partnership with Fabian Kraft and Advanced Fishing is an important part of our European strategy, and we are excited to work together again at this outstanding event.”
KastKing’s presence at ANGELWELT also reinforces the company’s central brand philosophy – Fueled by Innovation.
“Innovation remains at the core of KastKing’s product-development strategy,” said Knickerbocker. “The company continues to explore new materials, manufacturing techniques and product designs intended to improve the overall fishing experience. Whether it is a reel’s internal engineering, a rod’s blank construction, the performance characteristics of fishing line or the functionality of an accessory, KastKing approaches product development with an emphasis on technology and practical angler benefits.
“ANGELWELT gives KastKing the opportunity to demonstrate that philosophy in a highly interactive environment. Rather than simply displaying products, the company can engage directly with anglers, gather feedback and demonstrate how new technologies translate into real-world fishing applications.”
For KastKing’s second year exhibiting at ANGELWELT, expectations are high. The company anticipates another strong response from German and European anglers and sees the event as an important part of its continued expansion in the European market.
Working alongside Advanced Fishing and Fabian Kraft, KastKing plans to make its presence at ANGELWELT bigger and more engaging than its inaugural appearance. The combination of new products, proven technologies and direct interaction with anglers should make the KastKing display one of the destinations worth visiting at the show.
