TFO appoints new Vice President of Sales

Temple Fork Outfitters (TFO), a leading innovator in spinning, casting, and performance fly fishing rods, has announced the appointment of Dave Wensel as Vice President of Sales.
The US company says the appointment reflects its continued commitment to strengthening dealer relationships, expanding national distribution and accelerating growth across key market segments.
Wensel brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the fishing and outdoor industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales organisations and expanding national distribution networks. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that strengthened independent sales representative networks, improved forecasting discipline, and aligned sales strategy with sustainable margin performance.
In his new role, Wensel will lead TFO’s national sales operations, oversee the company’s independent sales representative network and guide strategic account development. He will also play a key role in aligning product development strategy with market demand, helping ensure TFO continues to deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of anglers and dealers alike.
