ASA presents Lifetime Achievement Award to MLF stalwart

The American Sportfishing Association (ASA) – the body that represents the industry in the US – has recognised a leading trade figure with an Outstanding Achievement Award.

At its recent Sportfishing Summit, the ASA presented Kathy Fennel, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Major League Fishing (MLF), with the award for her ‘outstanding contribution’ to the sportfishing industry.

ASA President, Glenn Hughes, said: “Kathy’s leadership, integrity and vision have left an enduring mark on our community and we are honoured to celebrate her as the newest member of the Sportfishing Industry Hall of Fame.

“As she steps back to focus on her health, the entire sportfishing family joins together in support and gratitude.”
