Livingston Lures: We are proving that we are a global brand now

Livingston Lures – the US bait brand that pioneered the groundbreaking Electronic Baitfish Sound (EBS) Technology™ – is accelerating its growth in the European market following another successful EFTTEX trade show.

The Texas-based business reported productive meetings with distributors during the three-day show in Brussels last month, won recognition in the Best New Product Awards and announced that its strategy of establishing regional distribution hubs to streamline logistics and compliance is progressing on schedule.

“We are now in a strong position to service dealers across Europe more effectively,” Erick Arnoldson, Livingston Lures’ Vice President of Operations, told Angling International.

Livingston’s export markets currently include much of continental Europe, Canada and parts of Asia. “In the short term, we are focusing on expanding deeper into Germany, France, Scandinavia and Spain, while continuing to grow in eastern Europe,” said Arnoldson (below, left).

He added that the company met several distributors from Italy, Switzerland and the Netherlands at EFTTEX. “Now the real work begins with follow-ups and starting the process of building on these partnerships. In terms of dealer traffic and discussions with distributors and local shops, we were very happy with the show.

“It gave us an excellent platform to showcase our latest products and technology.”

For the second year running, Livingston won an award at a European trade show, following up last year’s success at Angling International LIVE with recognition for the Menace in the hard bait category on the return of EFTTEX.

“It was an honour to win again. The recognition validates the years of research and development we have invested in our EBS technology and lure designs. The award serves as a milestone and a strong endorsement from the industry. It reinforces our reputation as an innovator and opens new doors for international business recognition.

“It also shows that Livingston Lures is not only a US brand, but a global innovator in fishing tackle. We are committed to pushing the boundaries with technology-driven products that deliver real results for anglers worldwide.”

Erickson said that Livingston has already booked its booth for EFTTEX 2026. “The show has proved to be an invaluable platform for building relationships, growing our presence in Europe and continuing to showcase our innovations.”
