Scorziello Sasa: Top award sees us moving in right direction

An award in the first ever Angling International LIVE Product Showcase topped off a successful show for growing Italian tackle supplier Scorziello Sasa.

The Italian company – owner of brands that include the popular Jatsui portfolio of lures – says that the European show has presented the company with new business options and was an invaluable opportunity for it to meet current and prospective partners and also discover new market trends.

However, the highlight of the event was the presentation of the award for the best braided line in the saltwater category of the Product Showcase for its Z8 Braid Eging Pro Pink line. The company’s Armando Zito (below) told Angling International: [To receive a global award shows that our work is moving in the right direction and confirms that the efforts made in our product development are being recognised by not only the partners we work with every day, but by those outside our business.

“Visitors to our booth were impressed with the braid – as they were with the whole series.”

The Jatsui Z8 Braid is a complete series of braid that is made up of different colours, formats and diameters. “The most impressive features of the winning line is it is very thin and smooth,” said Zito. “It can also be used for different styles of fishing and comes in Light Green, Silver, Multi-Colour and Pink in sizes that include 150m, 300m, 500m and 3,000m.”

Every year Scorziello Sasa produces its universally popular catalogue, the latest of which will be available in December. It is packed full of new products that are designed to keep up with the latest fishing trends alongside the company’s tried and tested favourites which the brand has been offering its customers for more than 40 years.

Zito added that Scorielllo Sasa is approaching 2025 in a positive mood. “We are constantly growing both in Italy and abroad, picking up new customers on an almost daily basis.”
