Top UK carp show postponed following storm damage

One of the UK’s top carp shows has been postponed following storm damage to the venue.

The Essex Carp Show – due to take place on January 27th and 28th – has been switched to February 3rd and 4th following structural damage caused by Storm Isha.

All exhibitors have so far confirmed the new date for the event which will take place at North Weald Airfield, Essex.

A statement from the show organiser said: “Huge apologies for this inconvenience and the time it has take to get the message to you, but we have been in meetings all day with the local council, airfield, contractors and exhibitors alike. At this moment, we are just thankful we can still put on this fantastic event on the following weekend.”
