Women of Bergamo have tough act to follow in Budapest

How do we follow that?

That must be the question that has concentrated the mind of the undisputed stars of last year’s European showpiece.

The all-women team from Italian-based OEM line maker Plastools will be trying to replicate the success it enjoyed in Budapest last year when it took three product awards – plus recognition for the best booth at the show. The products lined up for this year’s Product Showcase face a formidable task, but bearing in mind the company’s track record, don’t bet against more accolades coming the way of the women from Bergamo.

BLACK CAMO

Category: Monofilament

The first bi-colour line specifically designed for feeder fishing and featuring a combination of black and crystal, with the more sinking black section ensuring that the bait rests naturally on the bottom.

Fluorescent green colour maximises visibility, essential for precise control and monitoring of the line in any conditions.

It is coated with a special resin that offers outstanding abrasion resistance, safeguarding against damage from obstacles. It also minimises friction through the rod guides, enabling smooth and long casts with accuracy. Built with high tensile strength, it takes the strain of heavy loads during casting, retrieval and battles with fish.
