Be on the show floor for less with a private meeting room

Did you know that you can be on the show floor for less at Angling International LIVE in September while also presenting your new tackle in the Product Showcase?

Private meeting rooms are available for hire on daily rates at the HUNGEXPO to give added flexibility to smaller businesses on a budget and also to companies seeking a discreet area to hold confidential meetings with private customers.

The option does not include free promotions in Angling International magazine, which are reserved for exhibitors who have committed to be visible on the show floor with branded booths. But companies booking private meetings rooms are eligible to enter the Product Showcase at Angling International LIVE for a small fee per entry. Exhibiting companies with branded booths have unlimited access for their products to the Product Showcase.

“This is the best of both worlds,” said Rob Carter, the owner of Angling International. “Our exhibiting companies are our priority and they receive free promotions before the show, during the three days with priority time slots to present their products, and also after the show when we review the entire event on our different platforms.

“But other companies determined to have scheduled meetings can also arrange to have a base on the show floor. Our private meeting rooms give them that certainty without the added stress of preparing a booth. This is particularly attractive as we enter the last two months before the show opens. You can quickly book a room by contacting the show team and then you have peace of mind.

“Just show up, take possession of your key and start working through your schedule of meetings in complete privacy.”

There are flexible options for private meeting rooms at Angling International LIVE. Simply make your choice then contact the Show Team:

  • 800EUR 6sqm 4 chairs
  • 1.000EUR 9sqm 6 chairs
  • 1.300EUR 15sqm 10 chairs
  • 2.000EUR 30sqm 15 chairs

The all-new Product Showcase at Angling International LIVE will include on-stage presentations and video content for social media. Carter added: “The plan is to offer short presentation slots during the first two days of the show to companies entered into the awards, then dedicate the third day to interviews with our award winners.”

Companies with meeting rooms can enter products for just 300EUR per entry. There are six main categories: Carp and Feeder; Saltwater fishing; Spinning and Baitcasting; General and Coarse; Fly Fishing; and Apparel and General. Exhibiting companies have priority for presentations on stage, including showing videos on the big screen. But there will be times available for other entrants during the first two days of the show.

“The presentations on stage are a golden opportunity for generating content. The Angling International LIVE show is all about using the power of the Angling International portfolio of platforms to reach as many people as possible. And this is another step forward. The benefits to companies entering the Product Showcase are huge and I would urge every eligible company to sign up.”
