Fishing heavily featured at Romania’s largest outdoor sports show

Next weekend sees the eighth running of Fishing & Hunting Expo – the biggest event of its kind in Romania.

The event, which takes place between March 14th and 17th at the ROMEXPO Exhibition Complex in Budapest, will feature a large number of fishing tackle manufacturers among the 75 exhibitors.

Among the companies attending are Ebro Crazy Cats, from Caspe, Spain, which provides catfishing trips to the world famous venue for the species.

Perhaps the most famous British fisherman at the moment – Rob Hughes – will be there. The captain of the England national fishing team and consultant to Fox International and Dynamite Baits will be giving presentations on carp fishing.

Visitors to the show will also be able to watch Piotr Piskorski – the man behind Salmo lure brand – who will be demonstrating the art of fishing these baits at the demonstration pool.

PescaMania, a new company which is dedicated to bringing new products to the Romanian market and plans to open a bricks and mortar store this year, will be at the F&H Expo for the first time and promises ‘a lot’ of surprises on its booth.
