One of the world’s foremost innovators in fishing rod components has introduced what it describes as the ‘next evolution’ in guide performance.
American Tackle – a multiple award-winner at trade shows across the globe and part of the Foundation Outdoor Group of brands – has unveiled the TiForged Air Spinning, High Frame Spinning and Running Guides.
Rounding out the complete line of TiForged Air guides for a wide variety of rod lines and projects, TiForged continues to set the standard for lightweight, durable and stainless steel guide design, says Steve Sweeney, Foundation Outdoor Group Managing Director, Marketing & Communications.
“American Tackle’s TiForged Air guides are a groundbreaking innovation in fishing component technology, designed to provide snagless, lightweight guides that are ready to fight for countless casts and on-the-water battles,” explained Sweeney.
Snagless hard stainless-steel rings reduce line friction, and the streamlined guide design results in an ultra-lightweight set-up with increased tip speed recovery. TiForged Air guides enhance casting distance and accuracy.
The guides are crafted from high-quality materials that can handle harsh weather conditions and powerful fish. “Years of development and testing, along with the mass adoption of the TiForged Air line, have proven the strength of this guide train over and over,” added Sweeney.
With a wide range of frame and ring sizes available to anglers, manufacturers and rod builders, TiForged Air rod guides can be configured for specific fishing applications and angler preferences, giving rod designers complete flexibility in building a total line of rods.
