Hungarian supplier extends one-stop-shop promise to anglers

Carp Zoom has added apparel to its vast array of rods, reels, baits and accessories

Carp Zoom prides itself on being the one-stop-shop for all anglers’ needs. And by careful and considered customer-driven expansion through a series of sub brands the Hungarian manufacturer has made sure it can keep its promise.

Rods, reels, bait, line and a vast array of accessories for every fishing discipline are available from the Budapest company. And now the 30-year-old business is making its mark in outdoor clothing, including waders and boots, with the emphasis on keeping anglers all over Europe warm dry and comfortable.

Carp Zoom’s Camo Thigh Waders are waterproof rubber boots designed in the classic style but with a waterproof section that can be attached above the knee. The soft, supple camouflage material is extremely comfortable, says the manufacturer, and can be folded down when required.

The soles are ribbed for safe walking on slippery surfaces. Working on the premise that cold feet can blight an otherwise good fishing trip, Carp Zoom has also produced the X-Cross Boot to remedy the problem. Comfort is the objective in a boot made with a warm lining, an integrated 100% waterproof, ribbed rubber sole and water-resistant uppers. The X-Cross is a safe option on uneven, slippery ground and the reinforced, glued seams are further protection against the ingress of water. It is also a perfect choice for hunting and gardening.
