Iconic spinner brand launches website and reveals major product development

Nordic Fieldsport has launched a website for the iconic Swedish spinner brand it acquired earlier this year and used it to reveal a major new product development.
The Danish outdoor company, which was launched earlier this year, has used the introduction of the Myran website to show off details of its first foray into the rod sector.
The first rod series for 2026 features the Myran Ecition and Myran Myrmecia Trout. They are built with Japanese carbon fibre and include premium components that are said to embody ‘timeless Scandinavian design and authentic Myran DNA’.
Exclusive details of Myran’s entrance into the rod market will be featured in the January issue of Angling International.

Myran’s first-ever website has been designed by Nils Folmer Jørgensen, Nordic Fieldsport’s renowned, award-winning graphic designer. He told Angling International: “Until now, Myran has grown into Scandinavia’s strongest and most trusted lure brand purely through reputation and word of mouth.
“With the new site we wanted to create a clear and inspiring platform that gives both loyal anglers and a new audience a complete overview of the Myran range, craftsmanship and heritage.
“The website is also a key step towards supporting our broader European expansion, introducing many fishermen to Myran for the first time and to the experience of a truly Swedish, handcrafted spinner.
“Above all, it is a platform to tell the Myran story and let the product speak for itself.”
