US supplier continues Euro push with New Product Showcase entries

Livingston Lures – the US brand famed for its EBS technology that replicates the sound of baitfish – has been making major strides in Europe in recent years.
Following a number of appearances at Europe’s trade show, the Texan brand is beginning to build momentum in Europe and this year will be presenting three new additions to its range that are set to appeal to anglers in the region.
The BigMakk (above) is said to take topwater design to the next level with its No Roll lip cut design which acts as a keel, keeping it running perfectly even at high speeds. This, coupled with the fact that the Big Makk’s tail prop rotates counterclockwise means that ‘nothing sounds like, runs like or hits as hard’ as the BigMakk.
Entry number two from the brand is the Magnus (above), a swimbait designed for pike and muskie. It features a hard head section that not only has Livingston’s EBS technology, but also an adjustable weight system, which allows anglers to fish it shallow, mid and deep. It also has a soft plastic replaceable tail that allows anglers to quickly replace or create new colour combinations of the head and tail sections. The Magnus has been designed to be the most versatile, technically advanced and durable swimbait to meet the demands of modern trophy-seeking anglers.
Buyers will also get the chance to see the Kraken (main picture) for the first time in Europe. A hybrid hard and soft plastic jerkbait intended for pike and muskie, it is equipped with EBS tech and an adjustable weight system allowing anglers to fish at any distance. Upward rod taps, side-sweeps and reel-stop retrieves will cause the Kraken to dip and dart in an erratic and irresistible manner, producing an effective and productive target. Replacement skirts are sold separately.
