Distribution deal caps European show return

One of Indonesia’s top fishing tackle suppliers made its long-awaited return to Europe’s premier trade show last year and flew home with a major distribution deal.
PT Central Sarana Pancing – owner of the award-winning Relix and Relix Nusantara brands – reached an agreement with Hungarian bait and tackle supplier Energofish that will see Energofish distribute the Nusantara range of products across five countries in eastern Europe.
The deal was the icing on the cake following its debut at Angling International LIVE, which also saw the company pick up an award for its Cangkek Alap-Alap 682 SP spinning rod in the Product Showcase.
Rivai Susanto, PT Central Sarana Pancing owner, told Angling International: “Our first experience of Angling International LIVE was good, making an important European distribution agreement with Energofish, meeting potential new customers and having our products featured in the awards.”
The company is already preparing for its second appearance at the show in Bratislava in June – a timing that Susanto says is a perfect fit for its promotion of next year’s new products.
Alongside its new launches, visitors to the company’s booth will be able to its range of popular lines, leaders and rods that will include:
