Katran to unveil major product expansion at Carp Den Bosch

Katran – one of Europe’s premium manufacturers of lines and hooks – will be showing off an extensive expansion of its product range at Carp Den Bosch later this month.

The German supplier will be at Europe’s major carp show – formerly Carp Zwolle – which takes from January 19 to 21 to reveal all.

The 2024 range will feature:

Crypton Carp & Method Feeder line (0,193mm/300m);

Crypton Carp line (0,405mm/750m);

Synapse Neon line (0,405mm/750m);

Galaxy camo taper mono shock leader (0,26 – 0,47mm);

Record braided shock leader (45lb/200m);

Record braided sinking shock leader (45lb/60m);

SBM sinking braided mainline (0,22mm/300m);

Fantom 100% fluorocarbon (0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45 and 0,5mm/50m).

The company says: “Our new Galaxy and mainline diameters have been meticulously crafted to meet the demands of modern carp fishing and the introduction of a new 50m form-factor in our fluorocarbon range is testament to our commitment to innovation.
