For over ninety years, Scorziello Sasa has been a benchmark in the fishing tackle industry in Italy.
Founded as a small family business, the company has grown while preserving the core values of passion, reliability and expertise that have made it a trusted name for generations of anglers. Today, it boasts a widespread distribution network across the Mediterranean area.
The company will arrive at EFTTEX 2025 with its catalogue for 2026 which it will present to partners visiting its booth. Visitors are urged to book an appointment in advance. Only a few slots are still available. Email importexport@sasafishing.com
This year’s edition of the catalogue will feature a wide range of products which have been entered in the EFTTEX New Product Showcase, an event that allows brands to highlight their latest innovations while rewarding the most outstanding ones with a prestigious Best New Product award.

Export Manager Armando Zito says this year has seen the company introduce many developments, not only in eging as usual, but also across nearly all categories thanks to the work carried out in recent months by its product development team.
Zito said: “For the first time at an international show, we will present the new Moonster Braid, available in two versions – green for spinning and pink for eging. Visitors will be able to experience first-hand Jatsui’s winning combination when it comes to braided lines: diamond weave structure, fluorocarbon coating and hydrophobic properties. At Jatsui, we believe we have the best braid in the world – prove us wrong!”

The eging section, now a brand favourite, includes two new models: Pulce Soft and Cometa, both designed by developer Sebastiano Maviglia, also known as ‘The Engineer’. With Pulce, Maviglia redefines the classic tataki lure, giving it a completely new profile and improved balance. Cometa is an innovative lure for inshore squid fishing, featuring a revolutionary body shape and a unique system of metal balls – without magnets – that enhance casting performance and control in-water balance.

Another highlight is the Bugsy Ball (above), a futuristic-looking vertical fishing lure available in three different weights, making it versatile for various depths and suitable for both kayak and boat fishing.
More news comes from WAX, the young and promising brand already gaining strong recognition thanks to its Japanese-inspired designs. Two reels have been introduced: the ultra-light Vector (below), designed for spinning and available in three sizes, and the Brutality BT9000 (bottom picture), described as a machine of ‘power and control for extreme surfcasting’.

“We warmly invite those attending EFTTEX to visit us in Brussels from September 10th to 12th, and for those who cannot attend, our showroom at the company’s headquarters in Italy is always open.”
