UK trade body creates new role to aid growth
The Angling Trades Association (ATA), the representative body for the UK angling industry, is recruiting.
The Association is looking to create a new media and marketing role to help promote its work and its brands, which include National Fishing Month, Get Into Fishing and Take a Friend Fishing.
“This is an opportunity for someone with the right skill set to become part of UK angling’s most influential trade body, dedicated to representing the interests of the UK tackle industry, ” said ATA Chairman Andrew Race.
“We are striving for growth and long-term stability and have some exciting plans for the future. This role is vital to help us achieve these goals.”
Companies represented on the ATA Board include Shimano, Daiwa and Pure Fishing. The Association is poised to host its biggest ever engagement programme with Get Into Fishing at the Game Fair later this month.
