Award-winner wants to see ‘big boys’ return to EFTTEX

German EFTTEX debutant Scandex made an immediate impression at the show by taking to the podium in the New Product Awards.
The company picked up an award in the accessory category of the spinning and baitcasting sector with its ReelX and ReelOils, much to delight its representative at EFTTEX, Sven Butzkies-Schiemann. His satisfaction, however, was tempered by the absence of the industry’s major players.
He told Angling International: “I was concerned that the big boys were missing. They are the magnets that attract others to the show.”
The award-winning Scandex lubricants prevent reels suffering from wear, corrosion and rust without harming monofilament or braided lines.
