Mustad Americas adds four industry veterans to team

Mustad Americas has made four senior appointments to help ‘position its brands for future success.’
Andy Baumbach becomes Director of Marketing and Vince Minnick (main picture) joins as National Sales Manager, while Dave Wensel and Brian Perry have been recruited as Senior Regional Business Managers.
With more than 15 hunting and fishing brands on his CV, including,Plano Synergy and House of Outdoors, Baumbach will drive Mustad’s omni-channel marketing efforts both in the US and globally.

Vince Minnick, who started his 20-year career in retail and has expertise in regional assortments and product placement, will oversee Mustad’s key accounts, including Walmart, Bass Pro Shops and Academy Sports.
Together with Brian Perry, Wensel will handle the US and Canada sales for Mustad’s strong dealer and distributor channels. His 24 years in the industry have included time spent with Pure Fishing and Rather Outdoors.
Perry joined the industry at retail level and has since spent 24 years with Pure Fishing. He brings to the company a strong network of relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Mustad’s recently appointed General Manager Americas, Paul Ruda, said: “The experience [of these new appointments] and their knowledge in the diversity of fisheries, regions and the trade will help us position our brands for future success.”
