The American Sportfishing Association (ASA) has selected Convention Data Services (CDS) to provide full-service registration, lead management and customer service support for ICAST, the world’s largest tackle trade show.
‘After working with CDS’s parent company, Freeman, for many years, we are excited to apply CDS’s registration innovations to our trade show,” said Blake Swango, ASA’s Vice President for Trade Show and Membership. “Its expertise will enable us to implement additional attendee acquisition strategies to grow our audience.”
“ASA has been a long-time client of Freeman and we are pleased to be able to enhance that partnership,” said David Lawton, Chief Sales Officer at CDS. “We look forward to bringing the latest registration technology to ICAST.”
“I’m also happy to announce that ASA has partnered with EventSphere to offer hotel reservation services starting with ICAST 2023,” said Swango.
He added: “The great thing about CDS and EventSphere is the integration they provide between registration and hotel reservations. You can now do both through the registration process – a big win for everyone planning on attending the show.”
ICAST is being held from July 11th to 14th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Exhibitor registration opens the week of January 16th, while attendee registration opens in February.
