Missile Baits strikes US distribution deal

Missile Baits is to distribute the Spunk Shad in the US as part of its soft plastics range after partnering with the lure’s manufacturer, Hog Farmer Baits.
“The Spunk Shad is great on a chatterbait and I have thrown it for years,” said John Crews, owner of Virginia-based Missile Baits and a BASS Elite Series angler. “Hog Farmer makes a bunch of great baits, but has limited distribution for its Spunk Shad.”
The Spunk Shad is a pintail swimbait with a thick ribbed body and a small pintail. It can be fished on a chatterbait, scrounger, Ned rig or weightless hook. Missile Baits will initially offer it in 4.5 and 5.5-inch sizes, priced $5.99 and $6.19 respectively. Both sizes will come in six colours, along with Missile Baits’ signature scent.
They will be packaged in Missile Baits bags with seven baits per pack and will be available anywhere that Missile Baits are sold.
Hog Farmer Baits is based in Soddy-Daisy in Tennessee and makes its products in the US.
