TronixFishing appointment heralds next stage of growth

A UK tackle supplier and distributor has appointed a new area sales manager for the North of England as its gears up for its next stage of growth.

Karl Murphy, who has more than 20 years of experience within the tackle industry, has joined Sussex-based TronixFishing to spearhead its sales presence in the region.

George Cunningham, Managing Director of the company, said: “The north of the country is an area where we have always lacked a sales presence. From our early days working with agents, we never really felt that we were properly represented there. I am very happy that we have now been able to add an experienced, keen and personable rep in Karl to our growing sales force.

“Having the stability of regular visits and a local point of contact will hopefully give our accounts the confidence to develop the range of our products they stock. I am personally relishing the opportunity of working alongside somebody with Karl’s pedigree and helping to facilitate the next stage of our growth as a company.”
