Pitman Creek adds industry veteran to team

One of North America’s largest distributors of fishing tackle has appointed industry veteran, Ron Manrose, as its Director of Assortments.

Mangrove, who has joined Pitman Creek after 25 years in the lure segment at Bass Pro Shops, said: ” I am excited about this new opportunity to work with an outstanding team. Pitman Creek has established itself as the top distributor of tackle in the US and we have a lot of opportunities ahead.”

Manrose will work to refine and add to Pitman Creek’s industry-leading tackle portfolio while ensuring customers have the best-selling brands and items specific to their region.

Pitman Creek has experienced consistent growth since its founding in 1976 and recently moved into a state-of-the-art 205,000sqft warehouse in Stanford, Kentucky.
