ICAST On The Water: Crescent focuses on customising kayaks

When it comes to making kayaks, Georgia brand Crescent has its priorities sorted.

“The most important factor is to make a kayak that first and foremost performs in the water,” said the company’s Nate Lawry (pictured).

“Customers can then confidently customise their Crescent boat with accessories that suit their style of fishing.”

To demonstrate the fact, the Crescent kayak on show at today’s On the Water event at ICAST was fitted out with gear provided by YakAttack, the Virginia company specialising in kayak fishing gear and rigging.

“We are also proud that all our watercraft are designed, manufactured and assembled in the US,” added Lawry.
