Bajio, one of the newest fishing eyewear brands on the market, has reached a deal that will see its products distributed across Europe.
The US company, which was formed less than two years ago by former Costa Sunglasses executive Al Perkinson, has partnered with Fly Fish Europe, which will make a hand-picked selection of Bajio frames available to a large number of anglers across the region.
“Partnering with Fly Fish Europe is a significant moment for Bajio Sunglasses. We could not be more excited to make this announcement,” said Sean Kelly, Vice President of Sales. “With over 600 retailers in the US alone, we are looking forward to expanding our reach into European markets and making our sustainably-made performance eyewear available to mindful consumers across the globe.
“Bajio may be a relative newcomer to the European scene, but the company represents more than 100 years of eyewear experience. Furthermore, our technical expertise and commitment to cutting-edge, performance-driven technology, particularly the colour-correcting and blue light blocking LAPIS lens technology, is set to provide fly fishermen in the region with unprecedented polarised clarity.”
