Baitfuel line expanded using ‘revolutionary’ manufacturing process

American Baitworks has expanded its Baitfuel line by using a ‘revolutionary manufacturing process’ to inject the attractant into soft plastic baits.
The multi-brand business is infusing traditional soft plastics with Baitfuel’s X55 formula, a scentless gel designed to provoke the predatory instinct in fish.
Baitfuel is the result of more than two years of research and development by the science team at American Baitworks. “It was developed in a laboratory and has been proven on the water,” says the Mississippi company.
“It contains F.A.S.T. – Fish Active Scent Technology – scientifically engineered to stimulate the optimal predator response in fish. And because it is water-based, it releases scent very easily.
“It has undergone extensive research, development and testing by world-class fisheries biologists who also fish. The X55 formula is designed for bass but will work effectively for other species.”
Originally available in bottles, the company has now taken the concept to another level by injecting Baitfuel into soft plastic baits including the B Bug, Lollipop, Mega Big Bopper, Paca Slim, Drifter, Flat Sided Shad, Dagger, Crush Worm, BF Toad and Tubes.
