Tim Worth appointed fourth generation President of Worth

Share

Components manufacturer Worth has named a new President. Tim Worth becomes the fourth generation of the family-owned corporation to occupy the role following an announcement this week.

Worth, who was previously Operations Director, has 13 years’ experience of manufacturing and, along with Vice President Kris Crass, has helped make the Wisconsin company a global brand.

The company, which celebrates its 80th anniversary next year, manufactures in the US, making hundreds of millions of metal component parts a year for industries including fishing, automotive and fasteners.

“Through our manufacturing, our mission is to produce pride by working together for each other,” said Worth. “For three generations we have done just that and I look forward to continuing that tradition. Our emphasis is on helping our customers build and grow their businesses while supporting our local community and environmental initiatives. We do that by providing precise high-quality components and world class customer service.”

Started by Joseph Worth, a Canadian immigrant with a passion for fly fishing, Worth today has some 3,100 customers around the world.
