Tassie Devil looking for Canadian distributor

Tassie Devil – one of the most iconic lures on the market – is looking for a distributor in Canada.
The brand, owned by Australian tackle supplier Gillies, already has a strong following in the North American country. Its General Manager, Billy Parsons, said: “The lures have been the mainstay for anglers all over Canada for over 20 years and the brand is both well-known and ideally suited for the salmon and trout fisheries there.
“Canada used to be our second largest export market, but has seen some changes in distribution and distribution models as the retail landscape has evolved. This has presented some challenges and while we have a distribution set-up currently, it is US-based and current issues have made it challenging.
“We are looking at a partner for Tassie Devil, but Gillies has a huge range of freshwater and saltwater brands that specifically suit the Canadian market which we would be open to discussions on.“
