PRADCO’s new Production Manager returns to his roots

Share

PRADCO Outdoor Brands’ new Production Manager has returned to his roots with the top lure supplier.

Tony James – a Fort Smith native – was formerly Warehouse Manager with his home city company and is a familiar and popular face among PRADCO’s long-time employees.

He will be in charge of all the lures and products manufactured within the walls of PRADCO’s Fort Smith facilities, which include YUM soft plastics, Gene Larew, Bobby Garland, Thill Floats, and numerous hard bait moulding machines.

PRADCO says he brings to this position a wealth of knowledge about the various lures under the its umbrella and a humble sense of ambition to help drive the company to heightened levels of efficiency and productivity.

When asked what brought him back to PRADCO, he said: “The family atmosphere here is what pulled me back in. This company really takes care of its employees and it shows with the many employees who have been here for a long time.”
