AFFTA announces surprise springtime dates for 2022 IFTD Show

The American Fly Fishing Trade Association (AFFTA) has acted quickly to announce dates for its next International Fly Dealer Trade (IFTD) Show following the cancellation of this year’s event which was due to take place next month.

The 2022 IFTD will be held in Salt Lake City from March 30th to April 1st and will be preceded by a Dealer Summit one day before (March 29th).

In a press release issued Monday, AFFTA said: “We are excited about the fact that we are getting to have our show at a different time of year and only six months away from our original dates in October.

“This is just the start of the innovative ways we hope to change our industry gatherings moving forward. Together we can ensure that our industry remains strong in the face of the ever changing landscapes of today and what better way to be together that at IFTD in 2022.”
