T-H Marine makes 13th and 14th acquisitions and promises more in 2021

ICAST regular exhibitor T-H Marine announced the 13th and 14th acquisitions in its history last week.

The supplier of boating and fishing accessories in the US has added Heartland Global Services, of Indiana, and Gator Guards, of Illinois. Heartland is a manufacturer of stainless steel hardware, including ladders, electronics and plastics for recreational marine applications, while Gator is a global leader in boat protection products.

T-H Marine CEO Jeff Huntley said: “We are very proud to welcome both acquisitions to the company.” He added that after rubber-stamping its fourth acquisition of 2021, T-H Marine is actively pursuing more which it expects to complete this year. “Our team will continue working on others and also organic product development to continue growth that consistently outpaces the industry and provides greater value for our customers.

“We look forward to finding more business owners who have great quality products in new categories and who are ready to retire or move onto other things. We will continue to grow and nurture the businesses they built and have great pride in.”
