T-H Marines completes 11th acquisition as it enters new markets


One of America’s largest manufacturers of boating and fishing accessories has gained a foothold in the anchoring and mooring categories with the 11th acquisition in its history.

Alabama-based T-H Marine has added BHP Marine to its family of businesses. Along with its well established retail presence, the newcomer to the ranks is well known for its anchors, anchor and dock lines and fenders.

The acquisition offers T-H Marine complementary product offerings with a successful plug-and-play e-commerce store and access to a network of customer relationships. It also brings brands that include Anchoring.com, Norestar and Komo Covers to its portfolio.

“We are excited about the acquisition of this dynamic company,” said T-H Marine CEO Jeff Huntley. “The addition of BHP’s proprietary product lines will give us an immediate foothold in the anchoring and mooring categories.
