The COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc with the 2021 fishing show calendar across the globe.
Organisers of events have been forced to cancel or postpone shows planned for this year. A major casualty has been the Rybomania Poznań Fair in Poland, one of the largest fishing events in Europe, which has been cancelled.
The organiser, Grupa MTP, said that the decision was taken because of the difficulty in predicting the development of the pandemic.
The company, which was due to host the event in March, added: “We will use the time between now and the next show in 2022 to create an even more valuable and attractive business event. We look forward to meeting an even larger group and presenting an even more interesting and unique atmosphere to an event that has been attracting thousands of visitors from Poland and abroad for years.”
