Terry Pederson, a former Vice President of Sales at Daiwa Corporation and Lew’s Fishing Tackle, has joined Montana tackle supplier, Anything Possible Brands.
Pederson joined the Missouri company last week after spending almost four years at Lew’s and the previous 31 years at Daiwa. Explaining what appealed to him at Anything Possible, Pederson – who becomes Vice President of Sales – told Angling International: “The people are first rate and its unique products appeal to a wide range of fishing participants.

“The company has shown very strong growth and I believe my experience and knowledge can be of great benefit. I have had many great years in the fishing industry. Growing relationships and trust with customers has been a large part of my success. We all learn from history and I believe that my knowledge can help give good direction for Anything Possible Brands’ future growth.
Anything Possible was founded in 2012 by Ralph Duda III and relocated to Springfield from nearby Ozark last year. Its brands include Kid Casters, ProFISHiency, Perfection Lures and Steinhauser. The company services mass merchant, big box and dealer markets, with e-commerce becoming increasingly strong during the pandemic.
Continued growth is the current goal, said Pederson. “We have lots of idea for the future, but I cannot share those yet. Stay tuned.”
