Cameras film match fishing ace as he catches best-ever carp

Match fishing ace Tom Pickering has banked his personal best UK carp – while filming for Fjuka TV!

The former world champion, who teamed up with Fjuka Bait inventor David Preston earlier this year, was fishing with yellow Fjuka Neeonz hook bait when the 23lb 3oz mirror carp pulled his rod tip around.

“I knew it was a big fish, but didn’t realise just how big until I slipped the net under it,” said Tommy, a former England manager.

“These hyper fluoro baits have been accounting for some massive carp, but to bank a personal best carp while the cameras were rolling was a surprise to all of us.”
