Retail chain Concept Propȇche, which has 73 shops across France, has joined forces with Territoires Nature to form the largest network of independent fishing tackle shops in the country.
The network includes 170 outlets spread across France. A press release from Territoires Nature owner, the INEDIS Group, said: “More than ever the asset of fishing tackle shops is their proximity to customers, a wide range of services and specialised advice. Even though anglers are back on the banks and in tackle shops following the easing of lockdown restrictions, retailers still have challenges to face. Territoires Nature is here to help retailers make business easier for them by providing good commercial conditions and selecting the best range of products from the thousands of references available.
“Every shop remains absolutely free, but becomes affiliated to a nationwide group so that they can enjoy the best commercial conditions from suppliers and partners and business advice through INEDIS.”
Nantes-based Group INEDIS has been working with retailers in the gardening market for more than 30 years, forming a fishing tackle division in 2017 through Territoires Nature. Under Adrien Gallou, it has accelerated its growth in the last two years, strengthening its manpower with the addition of Phillippe Gallou (purchasing and supplies) from Pacific Pȇche in June and more recently Guillaume Roché (marketing and web), a former director at Concept Propȇche.
